Shipping INFORMATION & Download Instructions

We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Here are a few guidelines to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and on time.

Digital Downloads & High Resolution Images:

  1. After you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your files.
  2. The link is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
  3. Simply click on the link to start the download process.
  4. Save the file in a secure and easily accessible location on your device.
  5. You can then use the digital image or high resolution image as per your needs.

Please note: The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the device used to view or print the image.

Physical Products (Calendars, Jigsaw Puzzles etc.):

  1. All physical products are processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
  2. Products are shipped via standard shipping methods and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  3. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address.
  4. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
  5. If you have any concerns about the shipping process or if your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support team.

Local Pickup:

We offer a local pickup service for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. This service is available at no cost.

  1. Select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout.
  2. After your order is ready, you will receive a pickup notification email.
  3. Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, or by alternative agreed arrangement.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when you come to pick up your order.
